Over time, the role of teaching is transformed as social demands require it, but at the same time it is shaped by the imaginaries that the subjects have regarding their idea of what it means to be a teacher. In addition, educational reforms intervene in the role played by the teacher, sometimes giving an important role to teaching and others to research. It is the Pedagogical Practices that allow future teachers to enter into the school reality, to recognize the space and the subjects with whom they will live when they join the professional practice; in this way, at the beginning they perform observation and assistantship activities to later take charge of teaching one or several contents to a group of primary education. This process is not done alone, since no one is trained alone, they are accompanied by a tutor teacher from the Benemérita Escuela Nacional de Maestros and the teacher in charge of the group, which allows them to combine theory and practice. It is identified that the Pedagogical Practices are only a step in the initial training of the teacher, these will have to be consolidated throughout the professional exercise during the continuous and permanent training.
Sergio Hugo Hernández Belmonte Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Agustina de Educación https://revistas.unsa.edu.pe/index.php/rae/article/view/302 Thu, 31 Jul 2025 00:00:00 +0000 (Biology Education for Citizenship: Analysis of National Policies in Perú) https://revistas.unsa.edu.pe/index.php/rae/article/view/301
This study analyzes national educational policy documents to identify the types of citizenship promoted in the Peruvian education system, addressing the paradigmatic diversity and polysemy of the five types of citizenship. Thus, this qualitative study, based on content analysis of the Guía Curricular and Currículo Nacional documents, aims to identify the types of citizenship promoted in the Peruvian education system and reflect on their relevance in the face of contemporary social challenges. The results show significant differences: the Guía prioritizes active types C (51%) and B (43%), while the Currículo Nacional*adopts a more balanced approach, highlighting Type D (22%) and assigning equal importance to Types A and B (29%). Both documents emphasize the formation of critical citizens committed to democratic values, scientific skills, and cross-cutting approaches such as interculturality, gender equality, and sustainability. While the analysis reveals progress toward a critical and transformative education, significant challenges remain in its implementation.
Karina Sandra Cayani Cáceres, Osbaldo Washington Turpo Gebera, Marcela Ore Perez, Yenny Concepcion Camargo Ramos Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Agustina de Educación https://revistas.unsa.edu.pe/index.php/rae/article/view/301 Thu, 31 Jul 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Responsabilidad Penal Ambiental y el Rol del OEFA en el marco legal Peruano https://revistas.unsa.edu.pe/index.php/rae/article/view/315
This study analyzes the scope and effectiveness of the Environmental Evaluation and Enforcement Agency (OEFA) within the framework of environmental criminal liability in Peru. In response to the growing number of crimes that severely impact the environment, the research examines the current legal framework and OEFA's institutional role as an enforcement body in coordination with the criminal justice system. Using a qualitative and comparative legal approach, the study reviews legal norms, official data from MINAM and OEFA, and academic literature indexed in Scopus on environmental criminal liability and regulatory agencies in Latin America. Preliminary findings suggest that although OEFA plays a crucial technical role in identifying environmental infractions, it faces limitations in directly influencing criminal proceedings. The study proposes normative and institutional reforms to strengthen coordination between OEFA and justice sector actors, aiming to enhance the effectiveness of Peru's environmental criminal enforcement system
Roberto Cesar Augusto Abarca Fernandez, Nicolás Ángel Arapa Mendoza, Brayan Aderli Ccori Sulla, Alisson Polet Mamani Apaza, Luis Matias Suclla Cuadros, Anthony Bryan Vucetich Huaracallo Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Agustina de Educación https://revistas.unsa.edu.pe/index.php/rae/article/view/315 Thu, 31 Jul 2025 00:00:00 +0000 University organizational culture: the role of administrative management in the Puno region https://revistas.unsa.edu.pe/index.php/rae/article/view/318
The objective of this study was to determine the influence of administrative management on the organizational culture of universities in the Puno region, 2024. Methodology, for this purpose, a quantitative approach with a non-experimental and explanatory design was used, using simple linear regression as an inferential analysis technique. The sample consisted of 271 professors from four universities in the region, selected through probability sampling. A structured questionnaire was applied for data collection, whose reliability was verified using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The results obtained indicate that administrative management significantly influences organizational culture, with a coefficient of determination of R² = 0.73 (73%), which suggests a strong relationship between both variables. The significance test using Fisher's statistic (p = 0.000) confirmed the validity of the model, rejecting the null hypothesis and accepting the alternative hypothesis. Furthermore, the regression coefficient (β1 = 0.734) showed that, as administrative management improves, organizational culture strengthens in the universities analyzed. Regarding the specific objectives, it was evident that the structural organization influences organizational culture with an R² = 0.62 (62%) and β1 = 1.689; strategic planning with an R² = 0.68 (68%) and β1 = 4.920; and inter-institutional relations with an R² = 0.60 (60%) and β1 = 5.017. In all cases, Fisher's significance test (p = 0.000) supported the positive influence of these dimensions on organizational culture. It is concluded that efficient administrative management contributes significantly to strengthening the organizational culture at universities in the Puno region. It is recommended that structural organizational strategies, strategic planning, and interinstitutional relations be strengthened to improve institutional cohesion and educational quality.
Beatriz Adco Cahuana Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Agustina de Educación https://revistas.unsa.edu.pe/index.php/rae/article/view/318 Thu, 31 Jul 2025 00:00:00 +0000 The environmental impact of urban expansion in Peru: a legal and environmental analysis https://revistas.unsa.edu.pe/index.php/rae/article/view/328
The problem of urban sprawl in Peru has generated negative impacts on vulnerable ecosystems, natural resources, and quality of life due to insufficient legal regulation and limited citizen participation in territorial planning. The methodology employed consists of a qualitative analysis based on a literature review and case studies, including theoretical approaches to socio-environmental disputes and analysis of the Sustainable Development Goals. The results show that uncontrolled sprawl, in a context of prioritizing economic development, exacerbates environmental degradation and increases vulnerability to extreme weather events and forced displacement. The conclusions indicate the essential need to strengthen the legal framework and promote participatory policies that articulate sustainability, social justice, and resilience in order to effectively manage urban growth and mitigate environmental impacts in Peru.
Roberto Cesar Augusto Abarca Fernandez, Nicolás Ángel Arapa Mendoza, Brayan Aderli Ccori Sulla, Luis Matias Suclla Cuadros, Alisson Polet Mamani Apaza, Anthony Bryan Vucetich Huaracallo Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Agustina de Educación https://revistas.unsa.edu.pe/index.php/rae/article/view/328 Thu, 31 Jul 2025 00:00:00 +0000
