Content retention policy

All articles published in the Revista Agustina de Educación are provided with a DOI (unique digital identifier) and remain available in their final version on an ongoing basis.

The Augustinian Journal of Education is committed to maintaining the content it publishes and to immediately register any updates or versions that may arise.

Correction of articles

Corrections to articles will be limited to major corrections that are discovered after publication and may mislead readers.

Retraction

The editorial team reserves the right to withdraw previously published articles if they are found to be unreliable due to inadvertent errors or scientific malpractice, such as data manipulation, plagiarism, self-plagiarism, or omission of cited sources, among others. In case of conflict, the journal will request relevant explanations and evidence from the author(s) to clarify the issue and will make a final decision based on this information. In case of retraction, the journal will obligatorily publish in its printed and electronic versions a notification about the withdrawal of a particular article, detailing the reasons for taking this measure in order to distinguish between malpractice and inadvertent error. In addition, the retraction will be notified to the authorities of the institution to which the authors of the article belong. The withdrawn articles will be kept in the electronic edition of the journal, with a clear warning that it is a withdrawn article, in order to differentiate it from other corrections or comments.

If only part of the article contains errors, these can be corrected later through an editorial note or a list of corrections.

Duplication conflicts caused by the simultaneous publication of an article in two journals will be resolved by determining the date of receipt of the work in each of them.
