Anti-Plagiarism Policy

Anti-plagiarism policy

Authors agree to avoid plagiarism, which is defined as taking texts from other authors without their permission and without attributing the source, even if permission is obtained from the original authors. They also agree not to include in their existing texts more than 20% of content that coincides with previous works.

The journal's editors use anti-plagiarism software ( Ouriginal ) to analyze each article. If a match level higher than 25% is detected, a thorough review of the sources from which the plagiarized content comes is carried out. After this process, the editors send a report to the author, which may result in the rejection of the article or the possibility of rewriting it, properly citing the sources with high similarity.

In addition, the proposed articles must be original and not be under consideration for publication elsewhere or have been previously published in any format. The submission of papers based on unpublished scientific conference papers or those available only in book proceedings is permitted, provided that their origin is indicated to the editorial board of the journal for evaluation.
