Abstract

This article summarizes what I think about the strategy and its complexity. Strategy cannot be learned from Strategy books, all disciplines must be interrelated in order to make sustainable strategic decisions over time. The strategy is based on understanding emotions, mental models, surroundings, consumers, the key players and fundamentally working on spiritual issues in order to achieve a team that develops joyfully, with relaxed intensity and Passion. The importance of individuals in the Strategy is vital for any organization including countries. Disruptive strategy is very important in a VUCA world like today. Disruption comes from innovation, from breaking with what exists and creating something new and different, but as long as it is accepted by customers, the target audience or the community.
