El impacto del liderazgo en las empresas: una revisión de la literatura 2018 – 2022

Resumen

La presente revisión bibliográfica tiene como objetivo analizar el impacto del liderazgo en las empresas durante el período 2018 - 2022. El estudio empleó una revisión sistemática de literatura para analizar el liderazgo en empresas. Se aplicaron filtros de búsqueda entre 2018 y 2022, seleccionando solo artículos científicos con acceso abierto y usando palabras clave relevantes. Se hallaron 385 artículos en Emerald Insight, 732 en EBSCO host, 322 en Scopus y 375 en Redalyc. Tras aplicar criterios de contenido y relevancia, se recogieron 30 artículos. Se utilizó Mendeley Desktop para gestionar citas y referencias en formato APA 7. Como resultados se destacó la importancia del liderazgo en el desarrollo organizacional y social, destacando su influencia en la innovación, creatividad y compromiso de los empleados. Se enfatiza en la necesidad de líderes transformacionales, auténticos y humildes para impulsar el éxito de las empresas y fomentar una cultura de innovación. Además, se resalta la relevancia del liderazgo ético y participativo en la efectividad organizacional. La cultura, los valores y la diversidad también juegan un papel crucial en la relación entre liderazgo y desempeño empresarial. Se concluyó que la revisión sistemática de artículos científicos sobre liderazgo ha confirmado su importancia en el logro de objetivos organizacionales y el bienestar de empleados. Se destacan cualidades clave del líder, adaptación al contexto, diversidad y factores como retroalimentación, humor y humildad. Se señala la necesidad de estudiar más cómo el liderazgo afecta a grupos específicos y los mecanismos subyacentes de su impacto.
