Análisis del clima organizacional en postas médicas una revisión de la literatura 2019 -2022

Resumen

La presente revisión bibliográfica tiene como objetivo conocer sobre el clima organización en postas médicas durante el período 2018 - 2022. El estudio empleó una revisión sistemática de literatura para analizar el clima organizacional en postas médicas. Se aplicaron filtros de búsqueda entre 2019 y 2022, seleccionando solo artículos científicos con acceso abierto y usando palabras clave relevantes. Se hallaron 314 artículos en Redalyc, en Google Académico 169 artículos, luego Scopus 142 artículos y finalmente Science Direct 59 artículos. Tras aplicar criterios de contenido y relevancia, se recogieron 25 artículos. Se utilizó Mendeley Desktop para gestionar citas y referencias en formato APA 7. Como resultados se encontró que la problemática del clima organizacional en el contexto de los profesionales de la salud es un tema de gran relevancia en la actualidad, asimismo existe la necesidad de mejorar la cultura del lugar de trabajo y el clima de aprendizaje en dichos centros médicos. Esta problemática es especialmente relevante en el ámbito de la salud, donde la colaboración entre diferentes profesionales es esencial para brindar una atención de calidad a los pacientes. Se concluyó que la revisión sistemática de artículos científicos ha brindado una visión integral y detallada sobre la problemática intrínseca al clima organizacional en el ámbito de la salud y han puesto de manifiesto su influyente impacto en áreas clave como la satisfacción laboral, la sensibilidad ética, la retención y el compromiso de los profesionales.
