Analysis of the organizational climate in medical posts, a review of the literature 2019 -202

The objective of this bibliographic review is to know about the organizational climate in medical posts during the period 2018 - 2022. The study used a systematic review of the literature to analyze the organizational climate in medical posts. Search filters were applied between 2019 and 2022, selecting only scientific articles with open access and using relevant keywords. 314 articles were found in Redalyc, in Google Scholar 169 articles, then Scopus 142 articles and finally Science Direct 59 articles.
After applying content and relevance criteria, 25 articles were collected. Mendeley Desktop was used to manage appointments and references in APA 7 format. As a result, it was found that the problem of the organizational climate in the context of health professionals is a topic of great relevance today, and there is also a need to improve the workplace culture and learning climate in such medical centers. This problem is especially relevant in the field of health, where collaboration between different professionals
is essential to provide quality care to patients. It was concluded that the systematic review of scientific articles has provided a comprehensive and detailed vision of the problems intrinsic to the organizational climate in the field of health and have revealed its influential impact on key areas such as job satisfaction, ethical sensitivity, retention and commitment of professionals.
