Digital preservation
The journal uses different methods of digital preservation for all articles, from the unabridged version proposed by the authors to the version published in the OJS platform. For this purpose, we have:
1. Storage in the journal's own computer and in the Editor-in-Chief's computer, in folders, both in Word and PDF format.
2. The files of the works are kept in the journal's mailbox due to the communication with the authors since the first editorial revision, the strengthened version, the version with philological revision and the version with the author's approval to be published;
3. A copy of the folders of the journal's computer is saved in a removable storage unit and in Google Drive from the Gmail account.
4. Institutional servers as a backup of the OJS platform.
PKP Preservation Network (PN)
The PKP Preservation Network (PN) offers free preservation services for any OJS journal that meets basic standards. The PKP PN module for OJS 3 is currently in development and will be available in the module gallery soon.
