Importance of personnel management in the microfinance sector in the period 2019-2023: A review of the literature

The main objective of this bibliographic review article was to present an analysis of personnel management in the microfinance sector in the period 2019-2023, in addition, it corresponds to the systemic review of the literature. This research was carried out through the search for articles and scientific research which were extracted from Scopus, Ebsco, Scielo and Dialnet. For the proper
processing of information, the following criteria were used: 1. Selection process where key terms such as human resource management in banks, human talent management in microfinance institutions, personal management, human resource management and talent management were used to detect relevant investigations and proceed to the exclusion of each other. 2. Classification and extraction process, where the quality of writing was verified and the contribution to the study topic was evaluated considering its research title, abstract and keywords. 3. Inclusion process. After having selected and classified the scientific articles, a quick reading was carried out to verify their suitability and detail the selected information through tables. Concluding that, the adequate management of personnel within microfinance institutions brings with it multiple advantages that range from organizational growth, operational efficiency to greater positioning in the market.
