Impact of the Lack of Institutional Inclusion of Justice of the Peace in Child Support Proceedings in Arequipa

The research analyzes whether inequities in resource management between magistrates and magistrates affect the provision of administration of justice in food processing of children, girls and adolescents, considered a vulnerable population whose guardianship demands priority state attention. In that context, the need for institutional inclusion of justice of the peace within the judiciary as a mechanism to strengthen its operational capacity and improve access to a fast and effective justice is examined.
